My sweet babies are getting so big. Luke doesn't even look like a baby anymore, he's getting to be such a little (big) boy now! Micah is just getting fatter and fatter- love it! Although, he is not as big as Luke was at this age. Hard to believe! Micah is in the 90th percentile for both height and weight at 16 lbs 10 oz. Still a big boy, just not off the charts like big brother.
Micah is wearing 6 month clothes for the most part. He is starting to tolerate tummy time more and more. He still hasn't shown much interest in rolling over- which is fine with us! He loves to suck on his hands and has starting laughing quite a bit more. He is still not sleeping through the night, but is only waking up once to eat.
Luke is still the challenging one for now! He's also lots of fun which helps us forget the tantrums that he frequently throws. He's into "hit the ball" (baseball) and will go to our back yard first thing in the morning to hit the tee ball. He also loves to swing and play "I run". "I run" is basically just us chasing him around the house or backyard. He loves to swim and luckily our neighbors let us use their pool all summer while they are on Michigan. His favorite foods are pizza, mac snd cheese, and "motocycles" (popsicles!). He loves fruit and will eat most veggies I put on his plate. It's been great! Basically, he is happiest when we are not in the house! His language is growing so fast- its so cool to see him pick up on words and concepts. He is still a big time momma's boy, but has shown a little bit of independence, which makes a momma happy.
Despite the chaos, we are very blessed to have a healthy and happy family.
